Returns Policy

Return conditions:

In order to comply with the return policy, please ensure the following conditions are met:

Items must be in original condition, unused, unaltered, with original tags and packaging.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of product delivery.
Some items (e.g. personal care products, earrings, etc.) cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless the item has a manufacturing defect.
Return process:

If you are eligible for a return and decide to return an item, please follow the steps below to return it:

Contact our customer service team with order details and reason for return. You can contact us by email (support@olillohome.com).
Our customer service team will guide you through the return request and provide relevant return instructions.
After receiving our confirmed return instructions, you can send the item back to us in proper packaging. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return.
Once we have received and confirmed that the returned item is eligible for return, we will proceed with the refund process.
Refund method:

Refunds will be processed in the same way you originally paid. Note that refunds may take some time to process, depending on the processing speed of your payment institution and bank. Generally, refunds are processed within 5 business days of the return being received by us and confirmed eligible for return.

Return Shipping:

Return shipping will be at your expense unless the item has a manufacturing defect or an error has occurred on our part. In this case, we will provide you with a shipping label for the return or reimburse you for the shipping cost.

Defective merchandise:

If you have received an item with a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will assist you to solve the problem and provide appropriate solutions such as refund, exchange or repair.

Please note:

We reserve the right to make the final decision on our return policy.
For Olillohome products purchased at another retailer, please contact that retailer directly for their return policy.
